The Réseau express métropolitain (REM) is a light metro rapid transit system in Greater Montreal, Quebec, Canada, connecting Downtown Montreal with the suburb of Brossard and featuring fully automated, driverless trains with enclosed stations and platform screen doors. The project is being built by CDPQ Infra, with funding partnerships and extensions to other suburbs and the airport planned for completion by 2027.
