Scholarships

Awarded to student(s) entering First Year of any undergraduate program in the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering on the basis of academic merit.

Awarded to a Third Year student who achieves overall A standing with preference given to a student in a double major program that includes both depth and breadth in two different fields of study and who demonstrates superior participation in creative extracurricular projects such as theatre, performing arts, music, creative writing, art, photography or film making, or in charitable projects that benefit the community in social and cross-cultural activity.

To be awarded on the basis of academic achievement.

Through the generosity of Elsevier Canada Publishing Company, a gift certificate is awarded from the Elsevier Canada (formerly Harcourt Brace & Co.) publishing list. First awarded in 1957/58 and amended in 2005. To be awarded to the most outstanding student in a subject in Second or Third Year.

Applied Science and Engineering: To be awarded to an outstanding female student in Fourth Year on the basis of academic standing and demonstrated commitment to women?s issues within the Faculty and the community at large. In addition, to academic standing, qualities of character and leadership abilities are also considered. Interested applicants should submit a letter of application to the Manager of Student Services by February 1st. Arts and Science

To be awarded to (a) Full time, undergraduate student(s) at the Faculty of Law on the basis of financial need

Awarded on the basis of financial need and academic merit to a first year student who has obtained the highest mark in an introductory course in Italian Language.

Awarded to Victoria College students with financial need

The Scholarship is to be awarded to one or two students who are part of the Morneau McCain Scholarship Program who have completed at least 4.0 credits and have had academic success in their studies at Woodsworth College, and to Woodsworth College students who have completed 10 to 15 credits, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 and identify as Black or Indigenous.

For Woodsworth College degree student/s entering 3rd or 4th year, who has shown leadership at Woodsworth College and/or the university, with a CGPA of at least 2.70
