Criteria

This award is given with the intention of making a positive extracurricular experience accessible for all students for the upcoming academic year. Selection is based on the recommendation of a subcommittee consisting of the registrar, dean of students, co-ordinator of student life and at least two members of the Literary and Athletic Society executive. Awards will vary in number and value.

John and Myrna Daniels Foundation Opportunity Award
Awarded to students in any of the bachelor's or master's programs at the Daniels Faculty based on financial need and academic merit. Awards are available starting in the 2020-21 academic year. Undergraduate students will be considered for this award based on UT Grant submitted through ACORN. Graduate students will be considered for this award based on their submitted Daniels Faculty Graduate Grant.

Awarded to Victoria College students achieving excellence during the course of their studies in Third Year.
Hodgins Prize III
Awarded to a Victoria College student who has completed Third Year with overall A standing who is enrolled in a Specialist or Major program in English.
