They will hold this designation for the four years of their National Scholarship term. If no National Scholar meets these preferred conditions, any other National Scholar may be designated the Elizabeth and Tony Comper/BMO National Scholar.

Undergraduate students will be considered for this award based on UT Grant submitted through ACORN.
