This instructional program class comprises any residency training program that prepares veterinarians in the investigation of and intervention in health and disease problems of animal and related human communities; comparative medicine; and animal public health. These programs include courses in biostatistics, epidemiology, environmental control, toxicology and the planning and administration of animal health programs and services.
