This instructional program class comprises any residency training program that prepares veterinarians in the clinical application of research on the nature and extent of adverse effects of synthetic and naturally occurring chemical substances on animals. These programs include courses in chemical mechanisms and the specialties of reproductive, developmental, genetic, forensic, inhalation and neurobehavioural toxicology.
